Do you represent employers or employees?
Both. We accept a case after confirming it does not conflict with the interests of a client we represent, and follow it from amicable settlement at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development through the labor court and the court of appeal.
Do you handle cases across Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We handle cases in every region of the Kingdom through the Najiz platform and video hearings, and attend in person whenever required.
Do you work with clients outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We serve clients from the GCC and beyond, represent them before Saudi authorities, and work with them in Arabic and English by phone, email and video meetings.
What documents do I need for the first consultation?
Your national ID, iqama or passport, the contract or document in dispute, related correspondence, any earlier judgments or decisions, and the Najiz case number if the case has been filed.
How are fees determined?
Fees depend on the nature of the case, the level of court and the volume of work, and are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties before any step is taken.
Do you provide notarial services?
Yes. We provide notarial services at our office, including issuing and revoking powers of attorney and notarizing contracts and acknowledgments.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. We keep client information and documents confidential under the Code of Law Practice and disclose them only with the client’s consent or where the law requires.
End-of-Service Award Calculator
A preliminary estimate of the end-of-service award under Articles 84 and 85 of the Saudi Labor Law. It does not replace a lawyer’s review of the contract and how it ended.
- Half a month’s wage for each of the first five years and a full month’s wage for each year after that, with parts of a year counted pro rata (Art. 84).
- On resignation: nothing before two years, one third from two to under five years, two thirds from five to under ten years, and the full award after ten years (Art. 85).
- No award is due in the dismissal cases listed in Article 80.
